Practices that support your return to yourself.
YOGA
Yoga comes in many shapes and forms, yet at its heart it means union — the connection of body, mind, and soul. It is an intimate dialogue with yourself, an invitation to meet your body with presence and curiosity, and to listen more deeply within.
My teaching is informed by trainings in Vinyasa, Ashtanga, and Iyengar yoga, as well as somatics, embodiment practices, fascia work, Thai massage, and nervous system regulation. Drawing from these diverse lineages, I create flowing and intuitive sequences that integrate movement, pranayama (breathwork), and conscious body awareness.
The practice supports you in releasing tension, cultivating inner stillness, and reconnecting with yourself — creating space for both strength and softness to emerge.
BREATHWORK
Your breath it the only body function that is both automatic and consciously controllable. This makes it a direct bridge between the conscious and unconscious nervous system.
In addition to traditional Pranayama, I work with a dynamic breathing technique that can naturally guide you into an altered state of consciousness.
Alternating between active, deep breathing and longer breath pauses — the biochemistry in your body begins to shift. The oxygen levels in your blood increase while the ratio of CO₂ decreases. This change directly influences your nervous system and brain. Your brainwaves move into slower frequencies, similar to those experienced in deep meditation or the state between sleeping and waking.
In this state, it becomes easier to feel yourself more deeply, let go, and access new perspectives. This practice can be grounding and transformative, gently helping to release stored emotions or tension — always within a safe and nurturing space.
SOUND HEALING
Everything in the universe — including our bodies — is sound and vibration. Through intentional sound we can return to a state of greater balance and harmony. The sound journeys invite you into a deeply restorative space of vibration and resonance.
I facilitate sound journeys in studios, at events, in 1:1 sessions, or for small private groups, creating a supportive and immersive atmosphere for each setting. Using a range of instruments — including crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, string instruments, and my voice — I weave intuitive soundscapes that guide you into deep relaxation and inner stillness.
The vibrations can help release tension, calm the mind, and open space for reflection and reconnection within.
FASCIA WORK
Fascia is a thin, elastic sheath of connective tissue that surrounds, seperates, and supports every muscle, organ, nerve and bone in the body. It literally is our inner avatar, creating a 3D structural framework allowing for movement and force transmission.
It is rich in nerve-endings and as a direct, intelligent messenger to the nervous system. Tension patterns are stored in the fascia during stress or traume, while the vagus nerve mediates between fascial health and emotional well-being. Therefore actively working with and releasing fascia has an overall positive effect on the body and mind.
