How does a 1:1 session look like?

We start with where you are at right now, the present. In our first session we dedicate some time to map out the topics and areas you would like support with - we set intentions and goals as a foundation for our joint work, that we come back to and check in over time.

At the beginning of every session, we start with a check in with your body and current state to ground you in the present moment. Then, depending on your chosen focus, we move through different practices and exercises targeted to help you connect more deeply with your body and return to yourself.

Sound Healing

Immerse yourself in a sonic massage, tailored to your needs and wishes - allowing for deep meditation and rest.

Breathwork

Choose between a powerful mind-altering breathwork session or a more calm, grounding pranayama practice.

Nervous System

Therapeutic sessions where we work with specific nervous system practices to release chronic muscle tension caused by stress, injury and illness to leave more balance.
