who am I?

I embrace a holistic approach to health and wellbeing, rooted in the understanding that everything in life is connected. We are part of an ecosystem, a greater whole, and true wellbeing arises only when we address all levels of the self. For me, health is not a single practice or technique, but the harmonious interplay of mind, body, and soul.

My fascination lies in the deep interconnections between these layers and their role as the foundation for sustainable health. This understanding has shaped both my personal journey and my work.

Almost fifteen years ago in Vienna, yoga entered my life as a counterbalance to my studies. What began as a physical practice soon unfolded into a profound path of self-discovery. Drawn by the desire for a deeper, more grounded experience and authentic philosophy, I eventually followed yoga back to its roots in India, where I completed my first yoga teacher training.

During this time, my relationship with the breath awakened. Breath—the invisible force that gives rhythm to life—has the power to bring us back into the present moment, cultivate awareness, and enliven both body and mind. This is why pranayama and breathwork form a central pillar of all my offerings.

Through my travels and personal healing journey, I also came into contact with the transformative power of sound. The resonance of crystal bowls and gongs deeply impressed me and became an essential support in my own healing process. Today, I share this wisdom through sound baths and the healing qualities of my own voice.

Extensive travels around the world have gifted me insight into diverse cultures, traditions, and healing practices, enriching my perspective and deepening my respect for ancient wisdom.

Shaped by a profound personal loss that forever changed my world, on top of the intensity and fast pace of corporate life I was faced with chronic stress, insomnia, a dysregulated nervous system, and a deep disconnection from my body. I had forced myself into functioning, as the environment didn’t allow listening to my needs or feelings.

These experiences revealed to me the essential importance of nervous system regulation, embodied awareness, and reconnecting with the body’s innate intelligence and capacity for healing.

Ever since, I have returned to these practices as sources of healing, as teachers, and as pathways back to life itself. By returning to the body as a vessel for healing, I draw on yogic philosophy, shamanic traditions, and modern science to support integration and balance.

My vision is to inspire and guide people back into harmony—with themselves and with life—by creating safe, nurturing spaces where they can reconnect, rediscover their inner wisdom, and draw strength from within.
